Petition to ask for cps to have their power stripped from them to where they can’t take kids out of homes without real factual evidence of abuse or neglect. They are trafficking our children and placing them in homes with child predators. And getting away with it all over ther state of West Virginia violating families fourteenth amendment rights and so much more.  My story below: Clarksburg cops covered up a home invasion on our house. One of the ones who did the home invasion related to three police officers in Clarksburg wv. They came back to break in. I got charged for a malicious assault facing ten years. Detective swiger had cps remove both our kids with the same prosecutor waggle and judge McCarthy over my criminal case. Wv castle law. Story below I have videos and photos evidence to prove everything. Big story. The lady across the street decided to get into foster care. She took in a fifteen year old girl and started fostering her. Her 17 year old brother Coal hughes and 22 year old brother David Hughes started visiting their sister right across the street from our house. We pulled up to the front of our house to park and the neighbor lady Jenna motioned my husband and me to come over that she had some things to give to our girls. My husband walks across the street and she gives him a big plastic toy box, a girls bicycle, an antique old doll playset that included a metal baby bed, and a metal high chair. She asked coal Hughes and David Hughes to help carry the stuff over to our house. Not knowing they were scoping out our house. A few days later on October 17,2023 coal Hughes and David Hughes walked across the street because they seen my husband cleaning out my car for me to go to work doing Lyft in Morgantown wv. They walk up coal Hughes pulls a ps5 out of his book bag in the driveway and asks my husband if he wants to buy it for our kids for Christmas. He tells me he has to ask his wife. Patrick walks in the house and ask me if I wanted to buy the ps5 for the girls. I said no that don’t sound it’s probably stolen. So coal Hughes calls his mother on speakerphone and tells her to tell us the ps5 belongs to him. His mother starts saying that the ps5 belongs to her son coal Hughes that their father is on meth and abusive that the homeless coalition put her up in a motel in Bridgeport wv that they had to flee their house and only got to take a few things they could quickly grab. That the homeless coalition is paying their motel daily for them until they find them an apartment. And the few things they could grab they are having to sell in order to get money to get beds and stuff they need for their new apartment when they get it. And coal has a girlfriend who is pregnant and they are having a baby any day. So we agreed to buy it. His brother David Hughes walked in to help set up the ps5 password and log it in. We went outside and handed coal Hughes $300, and he left. But David Hughes offered to stay and help my husband finish cleaning our car. A few hours later I go to work 45 minutes away driving Lyft. My husband is home with our 2 kids. There’s a knock on the door and my husband answers it barely cracking the door and coal Hughes is at the door. Not knowing 8 or so others are hiding on the side of our porch and they all start forcing their way into our house. Cracking our doorframe and beating and hitting my husband with a baseball bat and stomping on my husband infront of our 2 kids. They grab the PlayStation and take off running up towards Virginia avenue on our neighbors cameras showing the home invasion. 911 is called within minutes. Coal Hughes own brother David Hughes tells on his brother and all his friends even telling the cops what kind of vehicle they were driving and what address they probably would of been heading to. The Clarksburg police take the baseball bat and take my husbands statement also and the cops act as if they are gonna do everything they have to do to charge them and arrest them for the home invasion. My husband calls me and tells me what happened. I drive a 45 minute drive in less than 20 minutes. Looking up the 911 call log and I’m not seeing needham streets anything showing the cops are trying to arrest them. I have my husband on speakerphone asking the needham address from his brother. I drive over there and there’s a red suv, a silver suv, and a white car parked in the dead end street and a group of 8 or so guys but no cop cars or nothing. I hurry up and drive off back towards our house, and tell my husband that the cops aren’t doing anything. Coal Hughes and a bunch of his friends and his gfs siblings who did the home invasion start driving past our house threatening to kill us and our kids. Standing and Sitting outside our house following our vehicle pretty much threatening us,harassing us and stalking us. About a week later my husband starts puking and shitting blood and is rushed to the hospital by ems. He spends a week and a half in the hospital recovering. They tell him he has a tear in his esophagus all the way into the lining of his stomach/internal bleeding from them beating and stomping on him. While he’s in the hospital I drop my kids off with his mother to watch for me to go to work. The same group of 14-22 year olds who did the home invasion break into our house and steal a bunch of electronics including my kids 2 tablets,2 cellphones belonging to my kids, Nintendo switch with a bunch of Pokemon games inside a Zelda case, portable charger, a Bluetooth speaker, etc. I come home from work and notice that all my kids cellphones and tablets that I had sitting on charge is gone I start looking around the house to see the Nintendo switches are gone I call 911. The cop refuses to take any of the serial numbers to the stolen stuff or the receipts and warranties I had or even let me write a police report. He belittles me and talks down to me and leaves. Within an hour I find a cellphone laying in our laundry room floor that did not belong to my family. All the while my husband is getting released from the hospital. So I have to drive over to his moms and pick up both my kids and then head toward the hospital to pick my husband up. On the way back from the hospital I stop at the police station to talk to an officer about the cellphone trying to get them to let me report the break in. I have the cellphone in hand for the break in and my husbands hospital papers for the home invasion. An officer comes in and I hand him the stuff. Once again I am talked down to the point I left out of the police station crying and distract and forgot to ask for the phone and the hospital papers back. A few days after my husband was released from the hospital on November 7,2023 5 people in the red suv from the home invasion that had drove past our house and sat infront of our house threatening us weeks leading up to this morning. They back into the front of our driveway. I get woke up to a knock at the front door and my husband banging on the window and yelling you need to leave and get off our property from my daughters front bedroom that’s facing the porch. The person walks away back down our porch stairs to their red suv that they had backed into the beginning of our driveway and left running . He grabs a gun out of the vehicle and tucks it in his pants. About this time my three year old daughter goes to our front door that had a ready had a cracked doorframe and would not stay locked from the home invasion they had done only a few weeks prior. Our front door has about 12 glass panels all Over the front of it and we have a curtain stapled to the front of it in the inside of our front door so no one can see into our house. So our three year old moved the curtain annd is looking out the door at them. And that person from the home invasion starts walking back up on the porch to our front door. I hear my husband screaming he’s leaving. No he’s coming back. They got a gun or something and coming back up. I hurry up and grab 2 knives I had sitting beside me where I was sleeping. Because they had threatened us so much that I didn’t feel like me or my Kids were safe in our own home anymore. I run towards my daughter and move her out of the way and I open the door expecting to have a repeat of 8 or so of them on the porch but instead of my husband I see my three year old getting hurt or almost killed and I drew back the knives and he turns it goes in the sidewall in his shoulder blade sideways. He goes back to his vehicle I hurry up and slam the front door. My husband tells me your gonna go to jail I said for what I Didn’t do anything wrong they came to our house and they were breaking into our house again. I had a speeding ticket hearing in Mongalia county at 1 pm that day they showed up at 12:03 pm and I had a 45 minute drive to the court house. So I grab the car keys and tell my husband and daughter not to answer the door for anyone. I start getting messages that the cops are looking for me. They kick our door down and make my husband and three year old get on the ground. They ask my husband where our cellphone is telling him he has a warrant for the phone and he can either give it to him or he can put him in handcuffs for obstructing and haul him off to jail and since the mother has a warrant he would call cps to Come get our kids and have the state take them. So my husband gives him our phone. The detective goes over to the neighbor lady’s house asking for the video of the stabbing. She refuses to give it to him because she knows they did a home invasion on our house and broke into our house and thought the cops were wrong for wanting the video of the stabbing but never came and got the video of the home invasion even when she offered to give it to them. They didn’t want it. The detective gets on the phone with the courthouse and gets a warrant for her surveillance video. They go in and take her entire adt security box and all. They put a bolo out on my car and blast me all over Facebook and the news saying I stabbed a teen at a random house on clay street and asking the public for help finding me. Trenten matura lies to the cops and tells them he came to our house to check on me and my kids because he heard my husband died from a home invasion. Which is a lie we didn’t know him or any of them at all. He couldn’t even tell the Clarksburg cops my first name or last name he didn’t know if I was my husbands wife or gf or if we were even married even though we’ve been together 7 years and married for 5 years. He couldn’t even tell them what our address was that he just left from. The cops give them all that information. Detective swiger calls cps on us and makes a false report as a mandatory reporter. He tells the cps hotline that we were selling drugs out of our house and using drugs around our kids. That I had strange men in and out of my house around my children even though there were no drugs found inside the house at all when they kicked the door in and my husband was in the house with my three year old while my other daughter was at school. And no one was there. detective swiger tells them how he is gonna make sure the state takes our kids and how he called cps on us. Trenten maturas mother Megan Boyce starts screen shotting my wanted post on the Clarksburg cops Facebook page and screenshotting my kids pictures in the background of my Facebook and makes a post about me and how I should never be aloud around my own kids that it deeply saddens them that cps is gonna take my kids from us and the state of West Virginia is gonna raise them. I turn myself in. I tell the detective that they are wrong. That if they woulda charged them for the home invasion then none of this would have ever happened. The detective tells me he is gonna make sure I get the highest bond possible to where I won’t get out and he is gonna make sure the jail doesn’t dose me my methadone he gets mad and leaves the interrogation room. He comes back and escorts me up to the court room to be arraigned. The detective tells the magistrate I’m on drugs and was in the interrogation room talking to myself. The magistrate picks up a set of papers infront of me and tells me she will be right back. She comes back and lays another set of papers down infront of me. That says a 20,000 bond cash only no ten percent no property. They put me in handcuffs and hall me off to jail. I spent 16 days in jail. Recorded jail phone calls to my mom and husband telling them this shit is not right that no one gets away with all the shit they have gotten away with. That they are related to law enforcement. That they covered up the home invasion but throw me under the jail for protecting my family.They dosed everyone on methadone except for me. Even other inmates who had other stuff in their system. And I had 13 years of clean drug screens and nothing but my prescribed medication in my system. My blood pressure was 200 and something over 90 the entire time I was in jail. I was pulling and shitting on myself to the point it was so bad I had 30 or more inmates wanting to stomp my face in to make me shut up and stop throwing up and waking them up. The guards had to send me to medical to be shot up with finigrin medication to help you stop puking. The doctor at the clinic called the jail over and over and so did my family telling them I was on a dangerously high dose and that they could kill me by refusing to give me my medications. They wouldn’t even give me my blood pressure medicines, cholesterol medicine, or anything else I was prescribed they just kept saying I hadn’t filled it in 30Days so they didn’t have to give them to me even though I knew I filled them all just a few weeks before I got arrested. I was on 200 mg of methadone and being refused but they were dosing others on only 90mg. My family posted my bond of 20,000 dollars and I get released 16 days later from jail.We order adtsurveillence cameras to make sure we have our own videos of anyone of them threatening us or breaking into our house etc. I’m not even back home a few months. Not even realizing how much worse things were gonna get. We had 2 vacant apartments above us that were empty for months. one of the juveniles from the home invasions stepdad goes through the homeless coalition rent free and deposit free getting a free apartment and he moves right above us into one of the vacant apartments in the same building as us. So now all the ones from the home invasion start hanging out in the apartment above ours in the same building we live in. My husband is outside installing the cameras with me and my three year old on the front porch and 2 of the juveniles come out of the hallway door and start staring at us as they are walking past. My husband asked them do You have a staring problem They get to start walking on Virginia avenue and start yelling calling my husband names and asking him how he enjoyed having the ps5 telling him he got his head stomped in for it while they are making stomping gestures with their feet on the ground and bragging about beating him with a baseball bat and threatening to run up in our house and do it again round 2. All this we caught on our security cameras. They start standing out front of the house while we are sleeping for 5 hours from 12 am-5am on our cameras asking each other if the crazy bitch is home trying to figure out if I was home or not. Daring each other to do something to us while we are inside sleeping saying how they would only get sent away for 6 months if that because of their age. And other videos of them in our hallway hitting our door and screaming in the hallway threatening to hit my husband and hit our kids, saying they are gonna force their way into our house again, telling us they are gonna kill us, go to our kids bus stop and kill my eight year old,etc. I start posting these videos on Facebook and one of my husbands cousin who is about 14 recognized 2 of the boys in the videos bragging about jumping my husband, the ps5,and baseball bat references. She tells her dad that she goes to school with both of them that they are 14 years old, names are Christian dean and Donte love, that they are both on probation and in drug court. Her dad sees my husband and tells him who those / boys were in the video. There’s 20-30 methheads going up and down the hallway stairs to that apartment comstantly. All kinds of minors, pedophiles,drug users. They start throwing needles in the yard and out front of our house. I send the videos to my landlord and start complaining he gets an eviction ordered. Christian deans stepdad Bryan wrights last day in the apartment grabs our cat and carries him up the back stairs to his apartment and bryan wright,and Jamie eckdnrode hold our cat to the floor while the other one snaps his neck all the way.bryan wright carries our dead cat down the hallway stairs on camera and does a spin in our doorway and walks up to the trashcan right next to our car and tosses our dead cat into the trashcan for us to find. Bryan wright leaves to burgundy abners house right down the street from us in a house full of methheads and they are bragging about what they did and start being told that they could get put in jail for animal cruelty if I called the cops on them seeing as they left the dead cat in the trashcan as evidence. They start getting paranoid so Jamie eckenrode asks Crissy Carrol to help him retrieve the dead cat out of our garbage can. They go up to our trashcan on camera talking about that there was a fight trying to act like she was digging for bottles and cans all the while Jamie eckenrode had retrieved the dead cat and is holding him on the side of the trashcan out of our camera view while another methhead was holding a slab of metal watching their back for protection in case we saw them and incase we came outside. She starts talking telling Jamie eckenrode to give her the cat and to put the cat right here referring to the top of the stroller and puts our dead cat on the stroller and start walking down towards the Main Street. We start looking all over for our daughters cat putting pictures of him on Facebook. I start watching my surveillance videos because I was getting a bad feeling about something happened to our cat that he wouldn’t just take off or disappear and always came running when I yelled for him. I see Bryan wright carrying a milk jug wrapped in a towel or pillowcase Or something spinning in our doorway then another video of him behind the homeless coalition lady and hud supervisor looking towards our camera saying I win I’m like what is he talking about. I keep looking through the videos. I see him take nothing out of his apartment besides something wrapped in jug and throwing it into the trashcan. Then I find the videos of the three methheads coming up to our trashcan and digging through our garbage and then talking about a fight and saying something about give me the cat out the cat right here and a bag being put on top of a stroller I slow it down and I can see the outline of our cat. I call the cops and they refuse to do anything and tell me unless I have a video of him actually killing the cat then there’s nothing they can do. So I post the videos on Facebook telling everyone to watch their animals and telling people how they killed our three year olds cat. My daughter asks me everyday what happened to her cat. People on Facebook recognize them and tell me the other two people’s names who helped retrieve our dead cat out of the garbage so I post flyers up all over town with their pictures and names on it saying what they did. They are still walking past our house threatening us and our kids. I search Christian dean on Facebook and Donte love and find out Christian dean is related to the lead detective pushing my stabbing charge and also related to two other Clarksburg cops. Even their own family members got mad that I posted them on our surveillance videos on Facebook admitting to the home invasion and threatening us so some of their family members start writing me on Facebook messenger threatening us and our kids. Even admitting they are related to law enforcement and bragging about how they got away with it. Threatening to run up in our house and hurt us and our kids. They keep driving past our house, walking past our house, sitting on our road. Watching us leave our house and then following us and trying to run us and our kids off the road with their vehicles. The Clarksburg cops get called and they do nothing. Pointing guns out of their vehicle windows. My husband,his mother(my kids grandmother)have our 2 kids in the backseat. As he is driving his mother home a black truck starts following them with another red suv behind it both trying to run them off the embankment by the ymca they almost make another driver wreck that they get out of their vehicle screaming they are calling the cops but they don’t stop they hit into the back of our car leaving a huge dent. And they turn off where the road splits. My husband calls the state police because he knows they are related to the Clarksburg cops and will just try to charge him or not do anything at all to them. The state police tell him it is after 10 pm that they will call him back in the morning. Keep playing phone tag for days then finally get ahold of the state cops. They take his statement over the phone and we never hear anything back about it. And we are left with a huge dent in the back of our car. Trenten matura the one I got charged for stabbing for trying to break into our house and was also the getaway driver for the home invasion. Gets a job at rose tobacco and vape store in rosebud plaza. My husband goes into that store to buy a bag of tobacco like we always do. Trenten sees my husband and refuses to sell to him Saying he is not checking him out because his wife stabbed him with a knife. Not knowing my husband was friends with the manager and had known her for years so he tells trenten to call his manager and had he got his phone and he calls the manager on speakerphone and trenten tells her why he is refusing to check him out. She tells him to sell Him the tobacco and trenten refuses. So the manager drives all the way to the store tells trenten that he is not allowed to refuse customers because of personal vendettas. And can’t bring personal problems into work. And sends him home for the day. He still keeps his job. He starts talking about us at the tobacco store to all the employees saying how he’s gonna call cps on us and get our kids taken away. Admitting he didn’t know us that he never even knew us like he told the cops that day the stabbing happened. He even starts having Mel one of the employees babysit him And his gfs newborn so they can go out and party all night and do drugs even getting messed up on cannabis mushroom candy bars while she is breast feeding the baby. He also starts stealing thousands and thousands of dollars worth of medical marinuana from the rose tobacco and vape store that he works at and illegally selling it for a fraction of the price to all their friends. Trenten matura calls cps on us and makes a report that my husband was smoking crack and locking our kids in rooms, that we were out driving around not putting the kids in safety belts and Patrick seared to be on crack while I was nodding off driving. While trenten is off work for the Italian heritage festival The owner has been watching surveillance videos in the store of trenten matura stealing. They fire him, And ban him from the store. Mel the manager tells my husband how they fired trenten matura for stealing medical marijuana and how she was babysitting their newborn so they could go Out all night and get messed up on drugs. And my husband tells me so I post on Facebook about him getting fired and stealing from the store saying someone they thought who worked there was their friend told on them. Trenten matura and his gf start parking in the rosebud parking lot threatening all the employees just like they had been doing to us for almost a year. The Clarksburg cops get called over and over. They have to sign a no trespassing paper saying they won’t come in the parking lot anymore. They start sitting over by oakmoumd at the Clarksburg treatment center parking lot waiting for Mel’s kids to get off school. They start following her trying to run her off the road almost hitting an autistic boy in the parking lot next to his mother. Cops are called with the same report trying to run them off the road with their kids threatening them also they take off and never get arrested. The judge McCarthy calls me and my family and tells me if I don’t take that post off Facebook with all my surveillance videos then he is gonna revoke my 20,000 bond and if it’s revoked before I go to trial then we won’t get none of that money back. I keep posting on Facebook because they are threatening us and I want my story out. What gives them the right to cover up everything including a home invasion real ins threatening us and our kids etc. next thing you know trenten matura starts writing me on Facebook and all his family and friends threatening to call cps on us saying they are gonna make sure the state takes our kids. That he’s gonna tell them that my husband was smoking crack in a back bedroom And locking our kids in rooms. That he’s gonna tell them that our kids weren’t buckled in safety belts and that he’s gonna tell them that my husband was nodding off. Cps goes to my daughters school and the cps worker Maddison Chapman takes what trenten maturas cps call was and puts that my daughter said it also. Cps worker draws a bong and makes the weed green and the water blue and writes the words weed and water and tells my eight year old to draw a line to where they go. And then goes straight to the court house to get the emergency removal of both our kids signed warrant from the same judge and prosecutor over my criminal case for malicious assault on a minor /self defense. Our cellphone starts ringing as we’re pulling in to pick our daughter up from school. It’s Maddison Chapman with cps she has 2 officers with her and needs to talk to us at our house. I tell her we are picking my daughter up from school and then we will be there. Which I was living at my moms house since I got released out of jail on the 20,000 bond because of the stabbing charge. detective swiger went to the hud office and got them to threaten to make us homeless with our 2 kids if I wasn’t taken off the voucher and move out of the house because of my criminal case. They said if I wasn’t even seen on clay street that they would take the voucher and there would be no hearing to get it back. And when I answered to my inditement a few months after I got released on bond they took me straight upstairs and put me on probation for my moms house address because I wasn’t aloud to live with my husband and kids on our hud. My job also fired me a few weeks after I got released out of jail for a pending charge of malicious assault coming up on my background and I wasnt even sentenced or convicted or even charged yet. So I picked my daughter up from school and went to my moms house and Cps wasn’t there. I call her back and ask where are you. She said at your house on clay street. I explained to her how I wasn’t aloud to be at that house because of my criminal charge and she would have to come to my moms house. So her and the officers came with the emergency removal in hand to my moms house. She told my mom to go back into the house that it did not concern her. me and my husband asked her so what is this is about trenten matura said he was gonna call on us we have Facebook messages threats videos, she says well the judge has given us emergency custody of both your kids. I said are you kidding me. For what. What judge signed the removal she said judge McCarthy I said he just called a few days ago threatening to revoke my bond for posting on Facebook. Same prosecutor too. I bet. It doesn’t matter you need to go in and get the kids for us. I start telling the two Clarksburg cops how they covered up the home invasion and how their taking my kids. That this shit is so messed up.she said your daughter drew a bong at school and that was very disturbing. Where would she of learned that from. I said I do t know my husband doesn’t even have a bong he’s got a marijuana card. Maybe YouTube, we buy tobacco all the tobacco stores have that stuff everywhere.She starts asking me if I use anything I tell her I have 13 years of clean urine screens the only thing I take is methadone I’m in a methadone clinic cps worker asks where do you get that at. I said I drive to Morgantown clinic she said you drive to Morgantown with your kids in the car under the influence of methadone you don’t see a problem with that. You shouldn’t even be operating a vehicle. You should be walking everywhere. I tell her are you a doctor. It doesn’t say you can’t drive on it this is ridiculous. I go into my moms house where my eight year old is on the computer and I said common Lily they want you to go with them sorry baby. The cop cw Harris is behind me. I said I heard they finally got charged for the home invasion or did they do something else and get arrested. He said go to your hearings and you will find out but you posting on Facebook and all this other stuff isn’t doing you any good. My daughters crying. I go outside and I said they have grandparents who will take them. Maddison cps worker said well your mother goes to a methadone clinic so she’s out and your mother gets a marijuana card so she’s out do you have anyone else? I said ya my sister Patrick’s sister my dad and his wife. But their in Ohio. She said well can’t do out of state. They take the kids from us and send them to a state foster home. I get my discovery hand delivered with all the accusations from cps and court hearing telling me when it is. I start reading it and everything trenten matura reported to cps Maddison Chapman said my eight year old also said. She knew I was on methadone because she was the same cps worker we had who detective swiger called after he went and kicked our door down the day of the stabbing. And maddison the cps worker came to our clay street address while I was in jail for stabbing trenten and my husband let her see the kids and she left. Then I got out on the 20,000 bond and I went to the Clarksburg treatment center and printed off all my 13 years of clean drug screens and turned them into the lady at the dhhr building to give to Maddison Chapman 8 months prior to them coming and ripping my kids out of our home. So she was the same cps worker and knew I went to a methadone clinic by my drug screens all saying positive for methadone. So she closed the case until she came back and took h the kids the next call that trenten made. So Maddison Chapman cps worker couldn’t get me for failing drug screens so she just wrote up in her report that I was misusing my prescription methadone. And wrote up that my husband was misusing his methadone and prescription marijuana. Abusing our prescriptions and not taking them properly. We are now having to take drug screens every day for dhhr. They placed both our girls in a foster home with strangers. The first home they were only there for a few days. We have our first court hearing and they push back the adjudication hearing for 2 months using my criminal case psych evaluation as a reason. My husband and his mother ask Maddison Chapman if they picture of the bong was so detailed that Lily drew than let him see it. She said she didn’t have it anymore that she threw it away. My husband asked her why didn’t she have it if it’s that detailed you think you woulda saved it for the judge. She has nothing to say. We leave the court. A day later Maddison Chapman calls me on my cellphone talking about how they placed the girls with a good family. I’m telling her how it’s wrong what she did. The cops covered up a home invasion and I got charged for protecting my family she asked from who I tell her trenten matura I tell her how I was in foster care and was in three different homes as a child and molested in all three homes begging her not to have my girls in homes with men. Trenten matura person stabbed writes me on Facebook messenger telling me our cps worker went out to his house and is laughing in our face and that she told him we both had another kid besides the two cps took. I call Charleston constituency ddhr complaint line and tell them everything that is going on and how they took our kids for no reason and how Maddison wouldn’t let no one in our family care for our kids. Supervisor terry calls us back on our phone and tells us that Maddison Chapman cps worker is getting pulled off our case that didn’t agree with the way she went about things no safety plan etc just an emergency removal that they were giving us a new cps worker and she would be reprimanded and fired . then they moved them to another home with a woman named violet saying that the first foster home was too far away 3 hours away. Violet the new foster home we were told she was seventy years old lady no men in the home and we were told that she has had over 400 foster kids in her home over the years. We start doing parenting classes 2 days a week that are 2 hours long in our home. We get a new cps worker. We start getting visits to see our kids in public at the mall. First visit both the kids look nicely dressed. The next visit my daughter is begging us to get her a new Halloween costume telling us that the foster family got her a stupid genie costume that she didn’t like and that her little sister doesn’t have a costume yet. So we ask the lady who does the visit to ask if we can get them costumes and take them trick or treating. She says she has to ask our cps worker and violet the foster lady. And we promise my eight year old that we will take her to the spirit shop at the next visit. The next visit we go to the spirit shop and we are told we can’t have the kids for Halloween trick or treating and that we can’t get them costumes. Come to find out they never got our three year old a costume only my eight year old and the other kids got to go trick or treating and Azrhiana had to stay home because she was too little that was their excuse even though they took their two year old grandson trick or treating who was younger than her. Each visit my eight year old is dressed really nice and my three year old looks like they threw hand me down second hand clothes on her that had been washed too many times. A few visits in we go to our visit and my three year old has a black eye. She looks depressed sad just looks like a completely different child. As we are getting our food. My husbands mother and my mother(our kids grandmothers) walk up with gift bags to give the kids. My husbands mom asks her what happened to her eye And the lady who does the visits tells her she isn’t aloud to tell them. After the visit I start wondering what is going on maybe she fell I don’t know. Maybe the little boys in the home hit her and they were fighting because the lady who does the visits said the 2 boys and our 2 girls fight and argue all the time and my three year old told me that the older boy was choking her big sister so she threw a rock at the boy and hit his hand and got in trouble for it. We go to court and Maddison Chapman our old cos worker who we thought was in trouble shows up at this court hearing we come up the elevators to Maddison Chapman, their supervisor, and our new cps worker Kaitlyn all buddy buddy. Maddison Chapman goes in the courtroom and lies under oath. The judge throws me out of the courtroom and refuses to let me nor my husband enter any evidence into the courtroom hearing only allowing Maddison Chapman to enter lies. I wanted my child to testify that she never said those things and they refused me that. My lawyer refused to turn any paperwork in of my 13 years of clean drug screens, my letter from the doctor stating I can drive on methadone, my instant hair follicle test showing I was negative for everything except my prescription methadone, I even wanted neighbors and friends who have see his around our kids to testify on how we were good parents and that there was never domestic violence around the kids like Maddison lied and said there was in her report.even though there had never been any domestics in our house no 911 calls to our address, no arrests for it, she didn’t even talk to any neighbors, and I wanted them to testify. We were refused to let anyone in the courtroom at the adjudicatory hearing and that is suppose to be the hearing where both sides show their evidence. The judge threw me out of the courtroom and then they belittled my husband making fun of his adhd and how he can’t read or write, saying he appeared to be on drugs, we both leave court and take a drug test and pass it.And we kept passing all our blood tests, urine screens, hair follicle tests. We get a text message from our new cps worker Kaitlyn telling us that our public visits are cancelled that from now on we will have supervised visits at the dhhr building. We ask them why. She tells us because we said Maddison was Lieing under oath that was a threat. So they were taking our mall visits away. We asked for the supervisors phone number and said we were calling Charleston complaint line so she retaliated and told us now your visits with the kids are cancelled. We begged her to let us see our kids and she refused. The next week comes and we have to go to the dhhr building for our visit with our kids. We bring rocks to paint. They lay a mat down over the carpet and we start painting rocks with the kids. My three year old starts complaining wanting me to take her shoes off because her foot hurts. I pull her shoes off and as we are painting she steps in paint. So I pull her socks off so she don’t track it all over the carpet in the room at the dhhr building. And there is a giant bruise the size of a soap bar on the top of her foot. I said what happened Azrhiana she said I don’t know mommy I fell. A few minutes later she starts talking saying grandmas son showed me his no no parts. I said what happened to your nose. The lady who does the visits interrupted her and said no she’s talking about her no no parts violet is old school you know she’s like seventy something so she taught them about their no limpets the parts no ones suppose to see or touch. And that violets son has been watching her while violet works as a secretary at the same school her sister and the boys go to. So I’m taking all this in. Our three year old the entire visit looks so sad and so depressed doesn’t even look like the happy baby we had just a few months ago. The entire visit she is laying on us telling us I love you mommy and daddy I just wanna go home with you guys when can u go home with you I’m sorry mommy and daddy I just wanna go home. I’m thinking this don’t sound right this shit don’t look right. My husband is looking at me like wtf is going on at this foster home. We both leave the visit and I try to hold it in and tears just start pouring out and I barely cry ever if I do there is something seriously wrong. We both can’t sleep can’t eat we are just worried about what Azrhiana said hoping we heard it wrong. In between this visit and the next one we get a text message from the cps worker Kaitlyn telling us they moved the girls to another foster home but they are doing great. The next visit comes and we are playing board games. Azrhiana our three year old again is laying on us telling us she loves us and that she is sorry and when can she come home with us. We tell her soon hopefully baby mommy and daddy are doing everything they can to get you back home with us. She starts holding herself down there I said you gotta use the bathroom Azrhiana the lady who does the visits tells her you better go in there and use the potty she says okay. My husband follows her into the bathroom and asks her the lasts visit who showed you their no no parts. She says grandmas son. He said are you sure you don’t mean one of the two little boys did.she said no he said what did you walk in on him using the bathroom. She said no he pulled it out and stood there and then out it back in. That she doesn’t like Jason that he is really mean to her he slammed her foot in the door and hurt her foot. My husband said is that how you got that bruise on the top of your foot. She shook her head yes. Asked her why she said at the last visit she fell and she said because she was told not to tell us and my husband told her you can tell daddy anything I love you and you can come to me and tell me anything. Comes out of the bathroom. We leave the visit. My husband waits til we get home and tells me what azrhiana our three year old told him in the bathroom. That a fourth year something old man exposed himself to our three year old and possibly has been abusing her while she was being left alone with him. Which should of never happened and how many other kids has this happened to. Lady at the visits was covering it up and heard our three year old say this about a man showing his no no parts to her and she changed it to Azrhiana was talking about her no no parts but then instantly goes into violets son is watching her by himself after that. No way she didn’t know. The cps worker Kaitlyn gets an earful from me through text message. Had multiple grandparents and aunts who wanted our kids and they still sent them to the state. And now fourth year old men are showing their privates to my daughter and possibly have molested her. Took my kids out of a loving home and placed them in foster homes with child predators. All this stemming from the eight people who did the home invasion on our house and being related to a 3 police officers in Clarksburg wv. Officer helsley, officer jackson, and detective swiger. The cops covering up a home invasion. Letting them get away with breaking into our house and everything else they have done since then. Trenten matura also got a job at the kings pizza and wrote himself over $900 in fake tips changing the credit card tip amount of its says $5 adding a 0 to make it $50. Got fired from there. His gf kailie barnett got a job at the dollar store and stole money out of the register and got fired. His gf also got a job at the canteen and stole money and got fired. Donte love and Christian dean broke the glass on the door of the mountaineer mart and stole a bunch of vapes and other stuff. A homeless guy walked past the door and seen the glass busted and walked in and stole him some lottery tickets and got charged. Trenten matura sent Donte love and Christian dean to rob the rose tobacco and vape store in rosebud at gunpoint. Trenten matura and kailie barnett have held other people at gunpoint in the rosebud parking lot. Cops have been called over and over again and they never get charged because they are related to the cops. They still have their newborn even while they are committing all these crimes and getting away with it. I have thousands of photos and videos to prove everything I have submitted on here. Even multiple other people that they have done the same things that they have done to us to them also. When Christian dean and donte love figured out my husbands fifteen year old cousin told us their names. They started threatening her, saying they were gonna kill her and her bf even showing up to her bfs house with a bunch of other people trying to jump him and even had baseball bats. The cops were called. Reported the same thing we did. Now cps taking my kids because I posted on Facebook about the home invasion being covered up and about the cops and courthouse being corrupt. My kids didn’t deserve this. It’s bad enough I’m facing ten years for protecting my kids from five methheads trying to break into our house after they almost killed my husband infront of our 2 kids weeks prior. Now they’ve taken the last couple months I had to spend with my kids away from me. And trying to sentence me to ten years right before Christmas. I just need help getting this story out.
