In July, a disturbing video began circulating on Youtube that shows graphic footage of a coyote being used as a bait dog for some pit bull breeders in Southern California.

Please know it is painful to watch.

The video shows two men encouraging their pit bull hunting dog to learn how to fight by attacking a coyote. The coyote is clearly overpowered and at one point the dog SNAPS THE COYOTE'S LEG BONE as it screams in pain.

It is against US federal law to harass or maim wildlife. The video purports that the coyote attacked the owners of the pitbull, but that does not justify (even if it is true) the torture and maiming of the coyote. 

It was reported to the US Fish & Wildlife but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE and the men continue to have hunting licenses and post on Instagram about using their dogs to harrass other wildlife!

These men should have their license revoked and face charges for unlawful harassment of wildlife.

Please sign the petition to DEMAND that the US Fish & Wildlife IMMEDIATELY REVOKE THE HUNTING LICENSES of the individuals in the video.
