Farmer Hollis Boone was alerted by the police and a local resident that one of his cows was in the process of giving birth and was extremely sick. SEVEN days later the resident found the cow still lying in the field, dying a torturous, slow death. No attempt had been made to care for and treat the cow. The police were called again. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THE POLICE. The cow was having VIOLENT seizures and died while the local resident watched helplessly and got the video clip below. Hollis Boone violated the Georgia Animal Cruelty Criminal Provisions by WILLFUL NEGLECT, resulting in the SLOW, TORTUROUS death of this mother cow and her baby.
