Stevenson is serving a 3 1/2 year prison sentence for killing 16 year old Chloe wiwchar in a drunk driving crash on April 15th 2018 

A former denton’s lawyer specializing in the energy industry, stevenson was more than twice the legal limit when he plowed his f-50 into Chloe as she crossed Kingsway avenue “in a marked cross walk”  he then failed to stop after hitting her and was arrested a short time later after being followed by an of duty officer  

He then finally pleaded guilty in October 2020 even know it was all caught on camera and had witnesses. 

he THen applied for parole less then one month later! But was then denied 

earlier this month we found out he has now applied for early full day parole once again! And they have approved another hearing.! As he’s eligible for full day parole 

he has also 2  DUI charges prior to this happening

Chloe deserved so much more. She was a one of a kind person. She achieved so much and was moving on to so much more. She was the type of person that this world needed more of!! She didint get to make it home that day because Chloe’s killer decided to be reckless why did she have to suffer his consequences !! Not only did he end a life but he created a numerous amount of grief for everyone around her she was a A daughter a granddaughter a sister An amazing friend and so much more!! 

if he gets out how long before it happens to someone you love!! How long before he makes another reckless decision and takes away another life  as people we got to do better 

 he knows the choices he made and he still continued to make them anyway it took him a year to even plead guilty or apologize 

shane stevenson is responsible for Chloe wiwchars death.! He didn’t have to get behind the wheel that night and he didn’t have to leave her there Shane Stevenson is careless as a human and he should not be allowed out he should have to serve his time because Chloe’s life mattered !!!! She deserves justice!! 

The fact that he is still trying to get out after knowing what he has done and how many lives he has ruined really shows how careless and reckless he really is!
