Bullaburra Village Green is in need of new play facilities for the many children and families who visit daily. Current facilities are old, unsafe ,outdated and not on par with the other facilities offered throughout the Blue Mountains recreational parks.

This petition seeks to remedy this by requesting that the Council update current facilities with something more adequate along with an outdoor basketball court/half court which has been of interest to nearby residents and children who have to either travel to Katoomba or go as far as Springwood to play basketball.

Bullaburra village green whilst small and in a minor suburb of the blue mountains area is very well used and sees visitors from other suburbs regularly. It wouldn’t be unreasonable to request an update considering the large amounts of money spent on both Glenbrook playground and Wentworth falls park respectively. We deserve usable and safe facilities too!
