We just pray for steps for delivering justice in time in SLP 14124-14125/2012 before the Bench of Hon'ble Justice Mr. A.R.Dave in the Supreme Court of India.

The Issue

Its the question of constitutional rights of public at large. It involves also public money. The fundamental rights confered by Art. 13, 14, 16 and 23 are in question ❓ and also violative of BONDED LABOUR ABOLITION ACT. The employees of Government of Gujarat are deprived by those Fundamental rights.
