Alan Tobin persued for signs to be erected suggesting that a list of dog breeds are deemed dangerous and should have certain rules applied to them. To say that certain breeds of dogs are dangerous is disgusting. Many breeds of dogs have been perceived as dangerous due to poor media coverage and lack of knowledge. There is no such thing as a bad or dangerous breed and it is in how the owner raises the breed. I am calling on County Meath Council to reverse this idiotic decision to produce these signs and remove them. Also to question who authorised the production of these signs and the complete waste of public money that they have been.
