GREAT NEWS! 

Bonner County Planning and Zoning pulled the application for the Mining Ordinance which was to be heard in front of the Bonner County Commissioners on Wednesday, February 10th, but at a P & Z hearing a few days ago, they announced people were not on the "same page" and so they were going to start over.

On February 17th, oral arguments in front of the Idaho Supreme Court will be heard regarding the lawsuit of Citizens Against Linscott Interstate Asphalt Plant vs. Linscotts/Interstate Asphalt Plant

Also a lawsuit is under way with Murphys vs. Linscott regarding encroachment of property in which 170 feet by 7.5 feet was encroached upon according to Glahe and Associates, a professional survey company. 

Keep up the prayers to keep the asphalt plant OUT OF SAGLE.
