To Citizens Group,
Here is the oral arguments to the supreme court and the zoom hearing, and also Linscott has resigned from the P & Z planning commission.
To hear the oral arguments of our case, go to this page
https://isc.idaho.gov/appeals-court/archive
Then look on the date for February 17th, and you will see our name. Click on the number and the file will be downloaded and as soon as it is, you will hear see the zoom meeting.
I think you will notice the County, Linscott, and Interstate attorneys do NOT deny that Linscott has outgrown his nonconforming land use, or anything of that nature, but battle that is on technicalities.
Also note, Matt Linscott resigned after the Mining Ordinance was cancelled on February 10th,  and it was said to the public, he resigned to help his dad and his business, the Linscotts gravel pit.
Not sure when we will here the results and ruling by the Supreme Court, but I will forward anything I hear.
Thank you for your prayers regarding this matter and the many who are helping financially sending donations to send to our attorneys for this huge battle.
