The Animals of Crittenden County Arkansas,Have no shelter or animal control.Many are tethered and neglected ,injured and not vaccinated.Many without proper food or water or shelter.Many are dumped and left to die.This needs to change! They are left in the elements ,Hungry and alone on the end of a chain.Its not illegal to tether in the county so that is the fate of many.Its time for change and to bring this to the attention of the community and help these furbabies. Calls placed for welfare checks often go ignored.The suffering is not necessary ,laws need to change and punishment to those that abuse and neglect.
