We have been tirelessly working behind the scenes to the point where we are now. We need all our homeowners to be onboard.

This negatively affect each and every household owner in Tuscany Glen. If you live next to the plot being built on or the furthest house as far as in the corners of Vrede, Victoria, Vanguard and Vultee Streets.

A. 24sqm size currently being built.
B. 40sqm NBHRC (Building Regulatory Body) only approves this size and above.
C. 120/147 minimum size of a decent house.

Now Community we not against houses to be built for our people but this is not decent houses, this is a 24sqm house confirmed by a reputable Property Agent which is smaller than a garage size being built next to your R1million house that will devalue your house value negatively.

*This is what our Ward 17 councillor Sharliane Oersen has signed off/approved to be built on vacant plots in our Tuscany Glen. This is what she thinks of all the Residents of Tuscany Glen Community. This is how she lied to us in our faces in a meeting with a few residents about month ago.*
