URGENT – WE NEED YOUR HELP TODAY – JUST A FEW MINUTES

On Thursday 2nd May the people of Wirral voted for change. But will we get REAL change or the same old same old?

We know that tomorrow morning (Sunday) the Labour Councillors will be voting for a new leader. We also know that at least one of the potential leaders has defended and voted in favour of the Hoylake Golf Resort. We also know, that as a member of the Cabinet they have voted to “accept” the building of 6000 houses on Green Belt across the Wirral.

Therefore, we urge you email all the Labour Councillors and urge them to pick a new leader who will listen to the voters of Wirral, who GENUINELY wants to save ALL the Green Belt, who will robustly challenge the housing targets, who will cooperate with Peel to deliver the 6450 houses at Wirral Waters, who will implement a genuine “brownfield first” policy and who will ensure that the Hoylake Golf Resort is stopped as soon as possible before anyone (Council or Developer) wastes any more time, money or resources on it.
