Last day for commenting on Leverhulmes plans to build houses on Green Belt land in Gills Lane Pensby

Dear Supporters - URGENT we need your help. Today, Monday 6th July, is the last day for taking part in Leverhulmes consultation for their plans to build houses on Green Belt land on Gills Lane, Pensby.
Leverhulmes are at it again. Now they are coming again for land on Gills Lane Pensby. They have deemed this to be "grey belt" land. We were told that "grey belt" land was supposed to be land in the green belt that had previously been built on such as old carparks and petrol stations. Now they are targeting land which they deem makes a very weak contribution to the purposes of Green Belt. They propose to build 92 flats and houses on to this land, provide some token small green space area and then claim that they will increase biodiversity.
Please comment on Leverhulmes consultation. Remember that the answers you give to the questions will be used by them to support their planning application. It could be argued that some of their questions could be seen as "leading" questions. You do not need to answer all of the questions, you can leave them blank, just give your comments in the box provided.
Also remember that "affordable housing" is actually just 80% of local market value. It is still unaffordable to most and is NOT the same as "social" housing.
