Developers have submitted plans for 39 houses on one of the last remaining Green Spaces in West Kirby Town Centre. This development would destroy the iconic view of the River Dee and Wales from Grange Road, West Kirby.

This land has been designated as a Local Green Space in the Council's Local Plan, but the Developers hope to get planning permission before the Local Plan is approved - we must protect this precious green space for future generations.
