Councillor Borrelli - Give back that money!

Councillor Borrelli - Give back that money!
The Issue
We, the undersigned, taxpayers of the City of Windsor, call on Councillor Paul Borrelli to refund the cost of his City funded trip to Rome, Italy in 2016 for the "Livable Cities Conference" at total cost of $4,514.17 dollars. Councillor Borrelli's opposition to keep retail space in the Pelissier St. parking garage demonstrates that Windsor Taxpayers did not receive the appropriate value for money from his attendance at the Rome "Livable Cities Conference"; leaving it as nothing more than an expensive junket for personal pleasure.

“Unfortunately the downtown is sorely lacking the visionaries and quality management and business acumen to bring about revitalization,” he declared. “It’s going to be a struggle.” Councillor Paul Borrelli, Windsor Star, June 5th, 2016

We agree with Councillor Borrelli that Downtown Revitalization is a "struggle", but wonder if he realizes he's the biggest part of the struggle to be overcome?
BACKGROUND
1. Retail space reverted to parking spaces.....
