Hello! I am a junior at Council Rock Highschool North. Many of my classmates and I are growing increasingly frustrated at the limitations to our educational opportunities. Council Rock School Board has declared that students may not attend any educational events that require proof of vaccination. This means that many competitions, conferences, and field trips have been canceled, therefore inhibiting our opportunities and education.

While we agree that it is a family's choice if they want to be vaccinated, we believe that students who have chosen to be vaccinated are currently being discriminated against via this policy. In these past 2 years, this pandemic has robbed us of educational opportunities. The objective of the School Board, by returning us to school, was to 'return to normalcy' however this policy prevents us, students, from truly achieving normalcy and even our full potential.

We urge the School Board to reconsider their policy and to allow students to attend events that require proof of vaccine.
