I have requested bigger drought resistant plants but we have this? And why?
The Council spokesperson stated “ground level plants do not do anything to vehicle emissions only trees help!” I replied “that is ridiculous vehicles are at ground level and vehicle emissions weigh more than air!” 
No further reply from the Council and no protection for pedestrians. 
As the Council have refused to protect pedestrians I have got a go fund me started link below to fix all of the dead, dying and missing plants from Watson St to Rangers Rd. Please help if you can.
