No one wants bike lanes we want non-hazardous walkways for pedestrians

The North Sydney Council is proceeding with the bike lane plan even though 

1. Fire NSW  states that it will not be able to access over 150 homes?
2. Fire NSW  states it will add 10 minutes to accessing 1000’s of other homes?
3. Council plan to put all the parking removed from Yeo St on to narrow Barry St it only 7.6m wide but no new pedestrian crossing across Yeo St from Barry St?

Another of an endless list of pedestrian and general public safety failures by a Council you give money to, and they are now getting more money and no indication of anything improving in fact the bike lane plan proceeding shows they are only getting worse!
