Council submit removing some Plane trees from new Young St development

They’ve grown half a brain somewhat but I have had to correct them regarding 2 of the 3 new trees they plan to plant because they are completely inappropriate for the location due to size mess and sunlight requirements one the Tulip tree should only be planted in a park and 2 the Myrtle requires 6 hours sunlight minimum a day and the position of young street it won’t get this. It is evident that the Council just have a tree labourer with no knowledge of dendrology making decisions that can harm the public and property not a person with diploma in arboriculture because someone truely qualified wouldn’t continue to make so many mistakes unless they don’t care?
