Avenija MB is an organisation in Serbia who have been allowed to kill, abuse and torture tens of thousands of animals for many years without fear of reprisal or repercussions from both the Serbian Government and Police, Despite animal rights activists both protesting, putting forward evidence and filing law suits against them for many years. 

Avenija MB's treatment of animals is beyond unlawful, it is in the realms of evil. The methods in which they catch, transport and treat the animals has resulted in the agonising deaths of thousands of animals. Not only are Avenue MB protected by the Serbian government against the crimes they commit they are also paid to do them. Avenija MB is above the law in Serbia and their lack of prosecution for the crimes they have commited despite the years of evidence put forward against them makes this very clear and this needs to STOP!! Avenija MB not only needs to be shut down but also held accountable for their actions in a court of law and face severe prosecution for the atrocities they have inflicted upon thousands of animals across Serbia.

Along with the shutting down and prosecution of Avenija MB the Serbian authorities should also be held accountable for knowingly allowing such atrocities to not only happen but also facilitating these violent acts against the animals of Serbia. Avenija MB staff members are allowed to physically assault members of the public, physically refuse entry to the veterinary inspection and man handle police officers, all of which are illegal actions in Serbia. They have a complete disregard for the laws and authorities in Serbia to the point where they are allowed to openly commit crimes both against and in front of the Serbian police without a single arrest been made. How can this happen? especially when I myself was arrested, detained and put straight on trial for simply asking politely if I could speak with them and hear their thoughts on the accusations people make against them. This arrest was made of the back of a false allegation from a member of their staff despite the entire conversation been held on video. The police had no interest in watching the video, I was instantly arrested on the spot, no rights read or given, detained for eight hours and put straight on trial in a Serbian court for merely asking a question. A member of their staff striking a women around the face with a shovel, man handling authorities and the veterinary inspection all in front of the police goes doesn't warrant an arrest and none were made. 

Avenija MB are not only responsible for the deaths and mistreatment of thousands of animals in the past, they are also a danger to ANY animal they come across in the future and the people working hard to keep animals safe. 

My Serbian friend, animal lover and animal activist Ivan Ivanovic who along with many others are working together to bring an end to Avenija MB's animal cruelty and have been for many years wanted to include this:

Serbia broke all Five established principles called "five freedoms" developed in 1965.

- Freedom from hunger, malnutrition and thirst.

- Freedom from fear and distress.

- Freedom from heat stress or physical discomfort.

- Freedom from pain, injury and disease.

and

- Freedom to express normal patterns of behaviour.

In letting Avenija MB work with animals for nine years Serbia has broken their own laws about animal welfare. For nine years Avenija MB have killed and neglected over 10,000 animals from all over the country and are permitted to do so. 

The time to stop them is way overdue and we need your help!!
