Today is Emperor Rattles of the Spook's Twentieth Birthday, and because of that, he would like to become Ruler of the European Union.
He will do everything in his power to make Europe greater than what it is today - starting with repelling Article 13 that bans memes. He wants to bring memes back for the public's joy and spread. Memes are divine and shouldn't be banished.
