European citizens have had enough of watching helplessly as countless thousands of innocent dogs are slaughtered despite our very best efforts to stop them . We elected our MEP's and are fed up with you hiding behind your member states r.e the dog population in Romania . It's time Brussels intervened .........

You are well aware that Romanian authorities are super corrupt and stealing EU money meant for rabies vaccinations . We all know the only answer to an overpopulation of any animal is to neuter and adopt or return to live out a natural life . For every dog slaughtered , 10 more will be born . Murder is not the solution !!

CNR has been proven many times to be far cheaper and more effective than killing .

There are many many vets in Romania ready and willing to neuter all dogs in the country and there are thousands of us willing to donate towards the cost of neutering , we are not asking the EU to fund a mass CNR programme .

The pain etched on the faces of our Romanian cousins who have been forced to endure the mass killing of dogs is heart breaking . Our friends are terribly traumatised by what they have seen and heard . The young generation of Romania need to be educated not brain washed by their ancestors who believe the government propaganda spread since September 2013 .

We the undersigned are asking our MEP's to take action and end the slaughter of innocents immediately .............................
