I've received a lot of emails asking to provide more direct information pertaining to the ATV pilot program that started on May 1st in the City of Kawartha Lakes (CKL). The CKL Mayor, Council and ORV Task Force have asked all Kawartha Lakes residents to help with determining the success of the ATV pilot program by submitting information on signage, routing and complaints while ATVs use the roads to access the VRTC rail trail. The best way to submit any information and/or complaints to the City is through email. This insures both you and the City have a record of the information that was sent.
