A Google form on Justice's website was filed out at 7:42 am. At 10:46 he texted the number given to set up a time to talk. The number texted him back at 10:49 and said they could talk now. He asked them to call. 

SO you are telling me a family member filled out a Google form with Kts number, and then just happened to be there 3 hours later when he texted them??? I'm sorry, but how stupid do you think we are??
