In the wake of the Corona virus pandemic Outbreak, CBSE and State Board of Education have declared Rationalized Syllabus and reduction in the whole curriculum for X and XII Students for 2020-21 batch to make up "in view of loss of time". We request CISCE and ISC the same so the students have a fair and equal competition when they enter in to University.

Many schools have moved to online teaching as late as in around  mid April for couple of weeks after multiple requests made. Currently there is no system drafted by the school or the board to check their progress in this new way of learning in the virtual classroom. We urge the administrator to reduce the Syllabus for X and  XII  and do relative grades and forgo Standard grades in the light of the upheaval caused by the pandemic and having these more lenient methods for grading will relieve a lot of anxiety for many students across the country. Innovations in examinations are also requested so the progress of the Students can be ascertained.

If the syllabus is not reduced and matched with other boards and leniency not provided in grading, our X(ICSE) and  XII (ISC) student may be demotivated and lose in competition with more liberalized education boards.
