I purchased Kirkland's bakery croissants today from our local Costco for our family's Sunday breakfast.  I was shocked and saddened to find that they contain Azodicarbonamide, AKA "the Yoga Mat ingredient" that many of us worked with Subway to remove from their sandwiches. Azodicarbonamide is classified by the EU and Australia as harmful but here in the US, it is still in wide use.  I, like many other mothers, shop Costco because of the large selection of healthy, organic products and the fact that they pay their workers a living wage unlike many of their competitors. Please join me in asking Costco to remove this unnecessary dough conditioner from their bakery products and replace it with something healthier.
