Costa Coffee have changed the loyalty scheme from using your points i.e. when you collect them you would be able to purchase what you wish i.e. a cake, sandwich or snack, now Costa Coffee has unfortunately changed the loyalty points to a Bean scheme which means you can only get a free loyalty drink, if you believe it is pointless and want the old loyalty scheme back, please sign so we can bring this to the attention of Jill McDonald the Chief Executive of Costa Coffee, many loyal customers feel let down as some had many loyalty points,  One customer had £360.00 converted into free drinks, another customer  had £673.60 of points converted into beans, both of these customers are disappointed with Costa Coffee, One customer has taken action  and brought this to the Financial Ombudsman with the response they had received with costa coffee, many more people like myself have had there points taken and converted to the bean scheme with out any notice to spend them before the bean scheme had taken over the Loyalty points scheme, Another were saving there points for Christmas as they were going to buy homeless people a hot drink and hot meal, i.e. a toastie or breakfast bap, Please Sign and SHARE, once you have signed remember to verify the signature in your email to ensure the signature will be added, Thankyou
