A husband and father obligated to protect his life and his family's life was trespassed when an uninvited intruder assaulted him in his own home. The assailant came to this family's home numerous times throughout the day and was told to leave by a sheriff, but instead, he decided to come back late at night to threaten and physically assault the homeowner. This was deemed self-defense by the officers who arrived on the scene, but the actual events were reconstructed and fabricated by law enforcement and the Judicial system of Fayetteville Georgia. After the property of the homeowner was coerced and illegally seized by a lead detective, this couple was illegally imprisoned nearly 3 months later on a pre-arrest indictment, therefore foregoing the need to conduct a probable cause hearing in the State’s attempt to conceal its lawless tactics to obtain a conviction. The Department of Family and Children's Services also kidnapped this couple’s two minor children, who have been placed in foster care for over 2 years. This county has violated numerous Constitutional rights, including the Fourth and the Fourteenth Amendment. The Superior Court sent this man to prison for life for defending his family when this court did not have the legal jurisdiction to do so because Due Process was not followed, which is required by law. The court did not allow audio evidence to be heard by the jury where this assailant physically threatened this family before he came to their residence. This court did not allow audio evidence to be heard by the jury that revealed the irrational, unstable, and deranged state of mind of the assailant, which also revealed severe marriage and financial issues. A countywide investigation should be conducted to call attention to the legal misconduct that has taken place; in the hopes of revealing other instances where more families have been victims of this corruption.  Everyone that has been involved in this miscarriage of Justice should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law for their participation in such an erroneous practice.
