Once the Conveyance Deed of Housing Societies are executed and Registered, change of name in Property Card is supposed to be changed automatically. However, in Mumbai, we have to approach separately and plead for it. There are Agents who are connected with the officials of the Tahshildar's Office. The ongoing hafta rate is Rs.2 lacs and above, according to size of the Society. Government of Maharashtra is requested to issue an order that once the Conveysnce Deed is executed and Registerd, the name in the Property Card should change. The mails sent to CM's Office never yields desired results.  WILL THE GOVT OF MAHARASHTRA STOP THE CORRUPTION TAKING PLACE UNDER THEIR VERY NOSE AT TAHSHILDAR'S OFFICE, MULUND (GHATKOPAR DIVISION)?
