Hello All, Well they say "No News is Good News", but in this case we have been proved wrong!!! We were of course delighted that Cornwall Council voted against future development and cited some great reasons against the proposal and REFUSED the application, however the developer is true to form and has appealed! He has done this twice before and WON both appeals… We therefore need to make sure that the inspector hears about your feelings on this beautiful site. This application will now go to Bristol to the Planning Inspectorate and this person will make the decision on the application. Any representations submitted after the deadline will not usually be considered and will be returned.
