Chicago resident Richard A Eames has been trapping kittens and cats, ferrets, possums and other animals in order to have his pitbull mix Shorty brutally kill them. He films the disturbing, graphic videos while laughing and then posts them on social media bragging about how many innocent pets his dog kills. He has incited his dog to attack his neighbor's cat, among other things. This individual has a YouTube channel devoted to many brutal deaths that innocent pets had to suffer. He is very proud of all these deaths and in one video he even writes that his dog kills anything that moves. This is clearly a sociopathic individual who poses a safety hazard for society. Whoever tortures animals, in such a sadistic way, always commits other types of crimes too. 
 
He must be arrested.
