My brother is a veteran suffering from PTSD and depression. After serving 8 yrs in the US army and completing two tours, he came home to more trauma. Losing our father and a brother within a year of each other sent him over the edge. He is now sitting in cook county jail facing an outrageous sentence, yet no one was hurt or injured. My brother needs counseling, not a life sentence!
