Arrest the killers of Lionel Morris

Arrest the killers of Lionel Morris
The Issue
On February 4th, 2020, Conway Police murdered Lionel Morris while he was in their custody.
In recently release videos and statements from the Conway PD, Morris and another individual were suspected of removing a drone from its packaging at Harp's on East German Lane in Conway, Arkansas.
Morris told the officers over and over that "I can't breathe" and he was met with "If you can talk, you can breathe." from one of the arresting officers.
We are calling on the Conway Police Department to fire and arrest the police officers involved in Lionel Morris' murder. The officers knew exactly what they were doing, and had the chance to not kill Mr. Morris, but they did not. Much like George Floyd in Minneapolis in May, Lionel Morris couldn't breathe.
Conway PD's phone number is: 501-450-6120
Here are excerpts from a THV11 article about the incident.:
The full article can be found here. (Warning: Graphic material, video footage)
"Once on scene, officers can be seen on bodycam footage talking to 39-year-old Lionel Morris and another suspect. Morris gives police a fake name during the initial conversation.
While police are placing the two under arrest, Morris runs away and officers take chase after him.
Officers then tackle Morris in a different location inside the grocery store. Police and Morris then begin a struggle that lasts six and a half minutes, according to police.
Conway Police Chief William Tapley said in the video that officers instructed Morris "nearly 40 times" before tasing him.
Morris is tased multiple times before police are able to gain control of him.
...
In the video, Morris complains about his heart several times and asks for help as he is taken to the ground.
...
Morris can be heard saying he "can't breathe" while an officer has a knee to his back. That officer says, "If you can talk, you can breathe."
