Seven months ago, I took the initiative to create a petition urging Adult Swim to air 'The Great North'. It was a personal mission to save a show that I, and many others, deeply cherish. Unfortunately, on September 14, 2025, 'The Great North' was cancelled after its fifth season, much to the dismay of its dedicated fanbase. This heartfelt sitcom, which sprung from the talented minds of Loren Bouchard and the producers of 'Bob's Burgers', deserves to continue enchanting audiences all over the world.

Despite its cancellation, 'The Great North' has left an indelible mark with its unique humor, endearing characters, and compelling storytelling. The series was a collaborative effort between Double Molyneux Sister Sheux, Wilo Productions, and FOX Entertainment, in association with 20th Television Animation. Its whimsical portrayal of life in Alaska, laden with charm and warmth, should not be lost in the annals of cancelled history.

I implore Disney and FOX to recognize the immense potential and following this show has by bringing 'The Great North' to FXX. FXX, known for its array of animated series, would provide a fitting new home for the show, offering it the chance to continue its legacy and reach even wider audiences. Additionally, reviving reruns of 'The Cleveland Show' on FXX, since September 20, 2024, will not only celebrate the creative genius behind veteran animations but also revitalize viewership for beloved series.

By acquiring 'The Great North' and bringing back 'The Cleveland Show', FXX could reinforce its reputation as a prime destination for quality animated content. This strategic move could elevate the network's profile and secure a passionate viewership eager for fresh yet familiar entertainment.
