Dogs are being over bred! There is not enough people in this world to care for the amount of dogs in the world! Dogs lives are being lost, shelters are over packed, fosters are full and dogs are on the streets, this is not fair to any of these poor pups and something needs to be done! 
   If we can control breeding rights and make it a crime to breed dogs for money it will help these poor dogs and even humans! It could help humans because with the dog over population, dogs are on the streets and can be a threat to pets or children. I know it will help the dogs because I personally found my first rescue dumped in the cold snow last January with 5 puppies and have rescued 36 dogs since then… over 10 of those dogs being on the street and others being in shelters scheduled to be euthanized since shelters are so full. If people had to have a legal document stating that they are aloud to breed for money it would make this would such a better place! I understand that accidents happen and that shouldn’t be against the law to just have your dog get pregnant, but if there is proof that you are having multiple litters for money and not taking care of the issue, THAT IS WHEN IT SHOULD BE A PROBLEM!
    I feel that if we stop the over population of dogs now we could save so many lives! We could start clearing out shelters so they have room for emergency situations! Shelters are desperate to get dogs out so they are euthanizing and not looking much into adopters which also makes it more common for dogs to be used as bait. Dogs are very loyal loving creatures. They have the ability to get depressed and feel neglected so us humans need to help put a stop to this over population!
