QUE le conseil adopte, en vertu du règlement sur les usages conditionnels numéro CA29 0043, un usage
conditionnel « Tour de communication » visant l'implantation d'une antenne de télécommunication
Vidéotron, d'une voûte d'équipements clôturée de même qu'un chemin d'accès, le tout d'une superficie au
sol de 831 m², à même le périmètre du parc Victor-P.-Gray (zone P-7-444) situé au 84,18e Avenue, sur le
lot 1 389 582 du cadastre du Québec.
THAT the council adopt, in accordance with by-law CA29 0043 concerning conditional uses, the
resolution to authorize the conditional use "Communication tower" for the installation of a Videotron
telecommunication antenna, a fenced-in equipment vault as well as an access road, the whole with a
surface area of 831 square meters, within the perimeter of Victor P. Gray park (zone P-7-444) located at
84,18e Avenue on lot 1 389 582 of the Quebec cadastre.
