After it was announced earlier this week that DA Diana Becton had finally pressed charges against Hall for the 2018 murder of Laudemer Arboleda, he finally turned himself in. He might not be behind bars yet if he manages to post his $220,000 bond. Still, it is a story come full circle as this is the very facility where Hall was first documented using excessive force against a handcuffed, black, man in custody there in 2014. The investigation of Tyrell's murder is just getting started, so far DA Becton has made a public pledge that it won't take as long as Laudemer's. Let's hold her to it!
