My Grandaughter had to have her foot amputated because of a lawn mower accident.  I understand the personal responsibility for this unfortunate accident, but I feel there needs to be "non-defeating" system safety measures put on all lawn mowers.  What is the sense of providing a safety feature if it is allowed to be defeated with a key switch or button.
