After an absence of a few years Tim Tam chocolate biscuits became available in the US again. World Market stores stock them again, including four varieties, original, extra chocolaty (almost identical to double coat), caramel, and mint chocolate. World Market stores in our area have generous quantities available. It was during the pandemic and a change of ownership of the Arnott's company that Tim Tam disappeared from stores in the US including World Market, Target, and Walmart stores (I don't think they were available in ALL Walmart stores). I wish they were still available at Target and Walmart but it looks like they are exclusively at World Market which is better than nothing. I was informed by Walmart Canada there there was no interruption of availability in their locations nationwide, which, at the time was frustrating to me.
Please note that packages sold in the US now say "cookies" on the wrapper, probably because many Americans get confused by the word "biscuits" used to refer to what we call cookies!
As before, Tim Tams sold in the United States are made in Australia and shipped to the US. Don't let anyone tell you that Tim Tams sold in the United States are made here. Many people online swear it's true but it is not.
I should have concluded this petition some time ago. Thank you to everyone who signed this petition. Now enjoy a fresh package of Tim Tams.
