In mid 2014, A Kickstarter campaign was started by Hevo Labs, a company in Shenzen, to raise funds to deliver a rechargeable case for the iPhone 5/5S and a safe magnetic coupled charging cable. They received a mass of positive feedback and backers for their product, it was well funded over what they needed and the expected shipping date was November of 2014. As you can imagine, times change and we now even have an even newer iPhone in the market, with obviously more to follow. To which, they also had apparently updated their product to be practical with, many months after, without even sending ANY of their products. Many people have requested refunds as their updates are continuously stating they're having technical issues and various setbacks with the products but none have been complied with nor replied to. According to Kickstarter's terms, Hevo Labs and backers are the only ones held accountable, so I've created this to demand they refund their backers and go separate ways with their brand. Please share as much as possible, it is my hope that although we are from all over the globe, we can settle this and have our refunds processed as soon as possible or have a dedicated legal agency acting on our behalf. It may not be much money, but I will NOT stand for a supposed company taking almost $200,000 and not fulfilling their promise.
