Hello supporters and fellow residents!

The summer rolls on toward Autumn, as residents face another winter without the promised path. At the moment the council are querying costings with their contractor. At the same time the obstructive landowner is currently in negotiations with a consultant at the case trust over compensation.  

It is surely not too much to expect a compromise that is acceptable to the 325 households of Caddington Woods. We want to be a full part of the community of Caddington 12 months a year, without adding to the traffic that constantly flows through the village. Chaul End road is no safer. Only the other day children were spotted riding their skateboards on the Dunstable road. The heritage greenway path would eliminate this danger and inconvenience forever and right the wrongs of broken promises.
