Earlier this year, I started up a petition about the concerning announcements about Twitter from the past year: https://www.change.org/p/please-do-not-keep-make-concerning-announcements-about-twitter

Since then I was able to learn that Elon Musk is a Tesla CEO, and that he only started to run Twitter just over a year ago. Things are getting even more concerning with what Elon Musk is doing to Twitter, for instance with possibly starting to charge people to use it, and removing some features such as the hashtags. If this is not at all anything like Google+ did to YouTube by improving the site, then clearly Elon Musk is not cut out to run Twitter, so I think a congress meeting might be in order. Otherwise this circumstance is something else that's to be added to the list of something long overdue with being done, which be having someone with a real time machine even if it's not seen to the public go back in time to stop things like COPPA's effect on YouTube from ever having happened, which comes from no senator and lawyer that has been contacted taking action about it, even as far as there not being another congress meeting in 2021 per what I insisted in this very petition: https://www.change.org/p/ftc-consider-having-another-congress-meeting-about-coppa-sometime-in-2021-ab5dddec-c0e8-4c47-bd14-bd37e7c8ff32

Overall I would hate to see people known for what they do on Twitter be driven away from it just because of what Elon Musk is bringing to there, so it's best we contact the right sort of people who can take action about these things to possibly talk him him into believing it had all been a bad idea.
