Mark your calendar & spread the word! The Henry County Board of Commissioners is holding a DATA CENTER ORDINANCE Public Hearing:

They have this meeting on a weekday during business hours, thinking YOU won't notice or show up! 

The attached ordinance, if voted and adopted by the Board of Commissioners, will govern every data center that attempts to build in our county outside of city limits. 

This ordinance will ALLOW data centers within M-1 and M-2 (manufacturing zoning districts) with an approved conditional use permit from the Board of Commissioners.

This proposed ordinance governs noise, water, cooling, distance requirements to nearby property, and much more. Please read it over here.
