Heads up, Jonesboro Road & Chambers Road Residents!

The proposed 194 ALL-RENTAL HOME development located behind the Dollar General plaza and adjacent to Thorneberry Subdivision at Jonesboro Road & Chambers Road will be presented to the Henry County Zoning Board on September 11th at 6:30 p.m. at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. 

We should note that although the Zoning Board plays a vital role, the Board of Commissioners will have the ultimate say at a later date, TBD in early 2026.
