We wanted to give a heads-up to those who live near Chambers Rd. & Jonesboro Rd. A proposed 174-unit Townhome development behind CVS on Chambers & Jonesboro Rd. is going before Henry County Planning & Zoning tomorrow, October 10th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. 

This development has no commercial/retail, pool, significant amenities, or gate. The motive appears to be to pack as many units as possible for $$$$. We deserve better in our district. We need quality over quantity. We encourage those who have concerns to attend the planning & zoning meeting tomorrow and speak out.
