Let's fight anti-poaching and promote shoot on sight policy to protect animals.

Let's fight anti-poaching and promote shoot on sight policy to protect animals.
The Issue
I am calling for support from all Zambian citizens, all natural resources practitioners, various conservationists, law enforcers, legal practitioners and policy makers to gather and appeal to government to introduce "shoot on sight policy* to all poachers and illegal wildlife traders.
George Owell writes "all animals" are equal in one of his books titled "Animal farm"
Just recently in February 2017 a wildlife officer by the name of Roderick Ngulube was shot in to death by poachers in Luangwa Game Management Area. A life was lost.
Again not very long, A week ago a White Rhino was killed in Livingstone's Mosi-oa-tunya National Park. A life was lost again.
Same life is life whether it's an animal or human being.
1. How many times are these poachers and traders going to fell the spin from the wheels of the law?
2. What solution have you created so far?
3. What is your plan of action to mitigate or eliminate poaching?
4. What are you going to show you Grand children in the near future?
It is for this reason that animals have the rights to life and protection, which has been backed by the Zambian Wildlife Act of 2015. If for real all animals belong to the head of state then I am personally appealing to our government to introduce a "Shoot to on sightn policy" because all animals have the same rights as humans and this could be approved by reviewing the Wildlife Act and the dictates of evolutionary science stating that humans are animals "homosaphiens" meaning animals have the same rights as humans.
Standing alone, the Wildlife Act will not be applicable if you and me are quite when our animals are utilised illegaly and unsustainable.
I am pretty sure no one among you in this generation would love to tell their children and grandchildren that" I saw the last species of elephants, pangolins, rhinos, lions, leopards etc"
The rate at which these species are disappearing is disheartening and this puts you and me in a quandary as to why? And at the same time puts us in pressure to look for a long lasting sustainable solution. Fighting this battle will help protecting and conserving the last few surving wildlife which contributes to the beauty and culture of our country. Above all our natural resources contribute to our economy through tourism enterprises development, and supports our local communities.
I believe fighting illegal wildlife trade and conservation require community intervention through partnerships. This is simply because protection and conservation lies in the hands of the rural communities based near protected areas as they are the custodians guaranteed to feel the sense of place. Above all wildlife forms part of our cultural heritage and symbolises the strength of our country's economy. That is why we use animal species (flagship and keystone species) on our currency notes.
For this reason let's propose to see an elephants, a pangolin, a shoebill and other endangered species to be symbols of our currency notes not subjects to consumption as aphrodiasics, good luck charms and other diabolical uses. Let's fight and voice out for animals so as to prevent extinction of these species.
This has set out a discourse and finally arriving at a recommendation of shoot on sight policy.
I leave it to you.
Regards!
