REPEAL CONNECTICUT GENERAL STATUTE SECTION 49-17

REPEAL CONNECTICUT GENERAL STATUTE SECTION 49-17

The Issue

Here in the State of Connecticut. Mortgage Servicers are allowed to forecloses on the real estate property owners without having to prove ownership of the mortgage title. Our long held common law principle is that the mortgage follows the note.

Yet in the era of Mortgage Electronics Registration Systems, Inc., the Note and the Mortgage are separated and the mortgage no longer follows the note. I, Johnny Ray Moore, believes that C.G.S. Section 49-17 is unconstitutional in light of Mortgage Back Securities and that this Connecticut law should be repealed.

If the law is repealed, then the Mortgage Servicers would have to prove a 40 years unbroken chain of title to the property in order to foreclose. Because the Mortgage Servicers will not be able to prove a unbroken chain of title to the real estate property because of ( Mortgage Back Securities). The Mortgage Servicers will be more willing to work out settlements with the property owners in foreclosures.

If here in the State of Connecticut you can not register a car if you do not have the title to the car, although you have the note to the car. The citizens of this country are being denied of our 5th and 14th Amendment Constitutional Rights to DUE PROCESS.

We need Change to bring about JUSTICE.

Hello my name Johnny Ray Moore. I believe that the United States Constitution is one of greatest writings that has every been written by men. I actually believe our founding fathers of this great country was inspired by in the GOD WE TRUST. I believe our constitution rights to DUE PROCESS are being striped away by attorneys and banks. The banks are stealing our real estate property rights to prove their STANDING. The citizens country real estate properties are being stolen and the courts are allowing this to happen. Here in Connecticut, you can foreclose on the citizens of this states real estate properties can foreclose without have to prove any ownership to the property. These financial institutions have received a conveyances of our real estate property by MERS. Millions of people in this country have lost their homes because of the fraudulent actions by MERS and the law firms acting on MERS's behalf. Help me expose corruption upon the courts and let's repeal any and all laws that deny us DUE PROCESS.
