People are already paying out of pocket (most living paycheck to paycheck) to care for there furry loved ones. No medical care should be taxed, EVER. In taxing vet care bills, you will cause neglect to animals and abandonment (or putting down animals that can be easily cured) of sick animals. This will cause a raise in housing/supplies needed to shelter these animals at the animal rescue/pound centers. We have enough HOMELESS animals and the pounds and shelters can't afford to fix up all these wounded animals. You don't tax human medical insurance, which is in MOST cases, not completely out of pocket. PLEASE DO NOT VOTE YES TO THIS BILL!!! These are living beings... TREAT THEM THAT WAY!!!!
