On the third week of September 2018, me and wife lost our precious child because of the medical negligence and delaying of process of LSCS operation by Dr. Harish Chandran Nair of Caritas Hospital, Kottayam, Kerala.

Even though my wife had been consulting Dr. Harish Chandran Nair from last May onwards, the doctor haven't given proper attention or care to a Fibroid complicating pregnancy and has carelessly handled events after being admitted to hospital, causing death of our child conceived after more than two years of treatment.

Such a careless and ignorant behaviour from a doctor is unacceptable, whom we trust with our life and hope, and I truly wish such an incident should not happen to one more person again. Doctors should be made more responsible for their patients' conditions and hospitals should make sure they don't keep a reckless doctor in their  list. Laws should be enforced to remind that medical practitioners are not supposed to play with life of patients, that death by medical negligence is not less hideous than a murder.

If we can't expect doctors to be responsible, what does it mean to trust him with our life? I sincerely wish this negligence should not affect any more person or couple and I request you to take necessary and immediate actions against the accused doctor, setting an example to rebuild people's hope on this constitution and its laws.

For unknown reasons, concerned authorities are delaying the case I have filed against the doctor and hospital and I appreciate any immediate action.
