Petition to turn over Dillon County's unsolved cases to sled and FBI.

Dillon County has more than 11 unsolved cases involving the destruction of black lives. Dillon County Sheriff Department are inept and incompetent. The lack of motivation, experience, adequate resources have impeded progress in these cases. 

Therefore, we the undersigned are concerned citizens of Dillon County (and neighboring communities) demand the Dillon County Sheriff's Department to turn over the missing person case of Julandon Malik McCallum, as known as "Boot" along with the other unsolved cases . Boot has been missing since July 13, 2019, almost 90 days now.  No one just disappears!  Several outside individuals and agencies have offered their assistance; however the sheriff department continuously decline and refuses to turn this case over to more experience and equipped agencies.

We need change in Dillon County!  We cannot let this continue! We are either one community or we will be destroyed as two!
